What to expect
We read every message. Corrections and company responses with a clear source URL get a faster review — usually within a few days. General inquiries and collaboration requests take longer and may not receive a reply if the fit is not obvious.
We do not respond to requests that ask us to remove accurate, source-backed content, label a company as compliant or verified, or publish unreviewed allegations. Those requests are closed without reply.
