Permitted use

This tool is intended to help buyers, procurement reviewers, and due-diligence analysts evaluate the evidence burden of AI product claims found on public pages or in marketing copy. You may use Claim Receipts as a starting point for further inquiry, as supporting notes in an internal review, or as a reference for questions to ask a vendor.

You may not use this tool or its output for the following purposes:

  • As a legal opinion, legal advice, or legal conclusion of any kind
  • As a compliance certification, audit, or regulatory determination
  • As a procurement decision, purchasing recommendation, or investment advice
  • As evidence in litigation without independent verification by qualified counsel
  • As a basis for publicly accusing a company of fraud, deception, or illegal conduct
  • To build a blacklist, accusation database, or public company ranking
  • In any automated pipeline that publishes unreviewed output without human verification

Claim Receipt limitations

A Claim Receipt is an evidence-burden note generated from publicly accessible content at the time of the check, or from text you pasted. It reflects the wording risk of a claim as stated — not the internal practices, actual capabilities, documentation, or intent of the company that published it.

A High evidence burden rating means the claim uses language that typically requires substantial documentation to support. It does not mean the company lacks that evidence, that the claim is false, or that the company has acted fraudulently.

Receipts are unlisted and not indexed for search engines. They should not be shared publicly as findings of misconduct or compliance failures. If you represent a company whose claims appear in a Receipt, you may submit a correction, source update, or company response via Corrections.

Your input

Do not paste PHI (protected health information), PII (personally identifiable information), contracts, security reports, confidential vendor material, or any information you are not authorised to share publicly.

Text you paste is used only to generate the Claim Receipt for that session. It is not published, indexed, or used to train models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

The tool may return errors, omissions, or incomplete analysis when a page cannot be fetched, context is missing, or the claim falls outside the tool's current scope.
