If you have a source update, new evidence, a company response, or a correction to a claim that appears on this site or in a Claim Receipt — send it here. All submissions go into a private review queue. Nothing is published automatically.
What you can send
The source date, URL, or context for a case or claim card is wrong or outdated. Include the correct source URL, the publication date, and a brief note on what changed.
You have a study, benchmark, third-party audit, or official document that supports or changes the evidence assessment. Include the source URL and a brief summary.
You represent a company whose claim appears on this site and want to provide a public statement, updated documentation, or factual correction. Include a source URL or official statement.
You believe a claim, receipt, or page reference should be removed or significantly revised. Describe what content is at issue, why removal or revision is appropriate, and include any supporting documentation.
Request deletion of any content you submitted — including pasted claim text, email address, or correction body. Use the form below and select "Privacy deletion request", or email hello@checkaiclaims.com with the subject line Privacy deletion:. Submissions are processed manually.
Send a correction
Use this form for source updates, evidence notes, company responses, or deletion requests. Submissions stay private unless a reviewed page is later updated with neutral, source-backed wording.
Include the Claim Receipt URL and source URL when you have them so we can find the record. If a public source changed, we update the page or correction status after review. Review is manual. We aim to acknowledge your submission within 2 business days and finish the review within 10 business days. If you provide an email address, we will follow up when the review is done.
What happens after review: Submissions are private by default and are not published automatically. Company responses and supporting evidence may appear on a reviewed Cases page or in receipt context only after editorial review, neutral rewriting, and source verification. If you provided an email address, we will notify you before anything is published publicly. For time-sensitive situations (for example, a receipt is actively circulating), email hello@checkaiclaims.com with URGENT in the subject line.

What happens next
All submissions enter a private review queue. We read every submission. Nothing is published automatically. We aim to acknowledge submissions within 2 business days and complete each review within 10 business days. You will receive a follow-up if you provided an email address.
If a correction changes the factual record, the source note, the evidence assessment, or the case description, we update the relevant page and note the correction status. If a company response is accurate and supported by a public source, we may include it as a response note on the relevant case or claim.
Submissions that are anonymous allegations, unsupported accusations, or requests for a company list, rating, or accusation feed will not be published. Corrections must be factual and source-backed to be reflected on the site.
